¿For what purposes do we use your personal data?
The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following main purposes, which are necessary to provide the products and services we offer: 1. Identify you as a Client (including your legal capacity and creditworthiness) as well as to communicate with you; 2. keep you informed of compliance with your obligations under the aforementioned agreements or contracts and provide information in this regard; 3. carry out the collection of due payments; 4. comply with applicable legal provisions; 5. for marketing and advertising purposes; 6. conduct internal market and statistical studies on the products and services we offer; 7. inform you about changes or new products and services that we have available, and 8. fulfill obligations contracted with our creditors.
By subscribing to this Privacy Notice, the Client gives their consent and expresses their agreement with the provisions stated herein. Refusing the processing of certain personal data may hinder or prevent the Client’s relationship with PIREOS POWER.

¿What type of information or personal data do we collect?
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use the following personal data: 1. Full name; 2. Date of birth; 3. Country of origin and nationality; 4. Official identification and copy thereof; 5. Address details: Street, number, neighborhood, delegation, zip code, city, and state; 6. Proof of address and copy thereof; 7. Installation address; 8. Federal Taxpayer Registry Key; 9. Email address; 10. Landline and/or cell phone number; 11. Information on energy consumption; 12. Electricity bill and copy thereof; 13. Photographs of the installation carried out for the Client; 14. Credit information.
¿What are your rights regarding your personal data?
You have the right to know what personal data we collect from you (listed in the previous section), for what purposes we use them, and the conditions of their use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly according to the principles, duties, and obligations established by the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
You can revoke the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that in all cases we may not be able to address your request or conclude the use immediately, as it is possible that due to a legal obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data. Also, you should consider that, for certain purposes, revoking your consent may mean that we cannot continue providing you with the agreed maintenance services, or the termination of your relationship with us. In no case will the revocation of consent have retroactive effects.
¿What transfers of your personal data can we make?
Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside of the country by individuals other than PIREOS POWER. In this regard, your information may be shared with our shareholders, companies within our international business group, financial institutions, or other third parties with whom we have service contracts or commercial alliance agreements with confidentiality clauses, as well as our creditors, to fulfill obligations with them, when required by applicable law, mandated by contract, or requested by competent authority, and/or to conduct internal market studies and statistics on the products and services we offer. Similarly, your personal data may be transferred to various federal and local government authorities that require it.
If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for such transfer. In any case, apart from the aforementioned exceptions allowed by applicable law, PIREOS POWER must obtain your explicit consent to transfer your personal data.
The Client hereby declares and acknowledges that they agree and give their consent for PIREOS POWER to carry out data transfers to the mentioned third parties regarding their personal data under the cases and for the purposes listed above, and therefore subscribes to this Privacy Notice.
