- Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey distilled in Indiana (MGP) and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Proof and Wood
- Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barlels
- Small batch, blended from approximately 10–20 barrels
- Lemon meringue on the nose with a lively palate of Red Hots and lemon zest with light tobacco and citrus on the finish.
Distilled in Indiana from the same mash bill as Proof and Wood’s Roulette Rye, this barrel proof expression shows a compelling new side to the distillate’s personality
