Rooted at 686 Broadway in NoHo, the distillery is a monument to Prohibition-era New York — and a celebration of whiskey, past and present.
The Great Jones Straight Rye Whiskey New York Batch 002 is crafted entirely from 100% New York-grown rye, sourced from the legendary Black Dirt region of Warwick Valley. Once the bed of a prehistoric lake, this soil is renowned for its nutrient-rich composition, lending a distinctive spice to every drop. The whiskey is then cut with Catskill Mountain water, creating a spirit that is unmistakably, unapologetically New York.
Aged four years in American Oak barrels, this straight rye delivers a layered, balanced pour that rewards both the curious newcomer and the seasoned whiskey drinker.
