Operating in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication, DDL is the guardian of a distilling tradition unlike anywhere else in the world, crafting rums of remarkable depth and character from the rich molasses of the Demerara River region.

The Cask Aged 3 Year White Rum is a blend of two of DDL's most prized marques: Skeldon (SWR) and Blairmont (B), both distilled from molasses in DDL's heritage French Savalle column still. The blend is aged for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon casks under the tropical heat of Guyana, where accelerated maturation imparts warmth, roundness, and depth far beyond what is typical of the white rum category. The aged spirit is then double filtered through specialized natural charcoal, removing color while preserving the complexity and character developed during barrel aging.
