THE VINTAGE

The 2004 winemaking year holds a special place in the annals of Dom Pérignon, characterized by remarkable ease and generosity. The vines flourished consistently and without any setbacks, resulting in abundant yields of large, healthy grapes. The dry heat during the final weeks of ripening truly shaped the vintage. Harvest commenced on September 24th, delivering grapes of exceptional health and superb ripeness.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose: In this second phase of the Vintage, the 2004 fruit emerges with subtle distinction. Citrusy hints of pink grapefruit and blood oranges gracefully give way to the lusciousness of figs.
