Chairman's Reserve 1931 celebrates the inauguration of a new distillery in February 1931 on the east coast of Saint Lucia, near Dennery. this distillery was founded by Denis Barnard and produced rum until 1972, when St. Lucia Distillers was formed out of the merger of the last two remaining distilleries on the island: Dennery Distillery and Roseau distillery.
